RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may return your Plants for exchange of a different strain, or different batch of the same strain within 7 days of receiving your order.  

We will exchange what you send back for an equal amount (by weight). This is part of our quality guarantee promise. 

To initiate the return for an exchange you must get an RMA number from our customer service team and include that in your order when sending git back.  You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.  We can not accept any returns without the RMA number or beyond 7 days.  This allows us to track the original purchase, batch and strain.  You may request an RMA number through chat or email. Because we can not reuse plants sent back, there are no refunds,
