You may return your Kratom for exchange of a different strain, or different batch of the same strain within 7 days of receiving your order. We will exchange what you send back for an equal amount (by weight). This is part of our quality guarantee promise. To initiate the return for an exchange you must get an RMA number from our customer service team and include that in your order when sending git back. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We can not accept any returns without the RMA number or beyond 7 days. This allows us to track the original purchase, batch and strain. You may request an RMA number through chat or email. Because we can not reuse Kratom sent back, there are no refunds,
We can not ship on days when the USPS is closed. During those holidays when there is no postal service, our office will be closed. All order made during that time will go our the next business day.

We offer many shipping options depending on your purchase. Orders over $75 get free shipping and this takes between 1 – 3 days for delivery depending on USPS. We use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes and boxes. The system will calculate rates from the USPS and display your options, you can then choose the rate you want. The carrier will usually deliver your package by 8:00 PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time of day. USPS Priority Mail Express usually means that the package will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Holidays), but please, bear in mind that USPS Priority Mail Express is NOT an overnight shipping option, this means that depending on your zip code, USPS work load for the day or last minutes changes in flight schedules, your package might be delivered in 2 business days. All orders must be received before cutoff time to qualify, see processing deadlines below. When USPS is closed, we are also closed. We cannot ship orders on a day when they are closed, unfortunately, this is out of our control.
Priority vs Priority Express

We do not require signature. USPS delivery days exclude the Sundays and holidays and the date of delivery can vary according to your location.
Order processing deadlines
Orders which have been received before 10:00 PM CST Monday through Saturday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
** We used to do same day shipping, however, with the current Covid situation, we have only 1 person at a time filling orders so we can minimize any extra contact with your product. We will possibly bring back same day shipping in the future if the current climate allows for it safely.. **

Your privacy is essential to us, therefore nowhere on the package will it indicate what you have purchased or our full company name.

After we are done processing your order our system will send you an automated confirmation mail. If you place an order after the deadline you may experience a day’s delay.
My package says, “Delivered”, but I never received it
In accordance with our shipping policy, we send all packages USPS with tracking information. Because a signature is not required, we cannot be responsible for packages lost or not delivered by USPS. By placing an order with us, you agree that you understand this policy and will make arrangements to receive your package once its delivered. All the packages come with $50 insurance included for free. USPS is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a package once it leaves our facility. If you did not receive your package after it was marked delivered, email or message us an we will help you to start the claim process. The claims process can take up to 30 days to process.
